IAPS Swimming Regionals

 On 26th February, South Lee entered swimmers in the IAPS swimming regional rounds held at Ipswich Crown Pools. There were over 40 qualifying rounds, 300 schools and over 5000 pupils competing, all aiming to qualify for Nationals in June to be held at the London Aquatic Centre. We can now proudly say that one of our students has qualified to compete at the National Finals in the Boys U10 50m front crawl. Out of 195 pupils that swam in this event nationally, he has made the top 20 securing his place in June. We wish him all the best and look forward to hearing about his performance at Nationals!
